We start the season with a BIG Birthday Bash!!  Join us as we look back on 50 fabulous years of Fargo Moorhead Opera highlighting some of our favorite operas from past seasons.  General Director David Hamilton will be joined by Peter Halverson as your hosts for the evening with performances by invited international & nationally recognized artists, favorite local performers, the FM Opera chorus, members of the Master Chorale & FM Choral Artists & additional exciting surprises! 

IN ADDITION: The celebration continues with a Champagne Reception immediately following the concert. We celebrate our 50th with a champagne toast, wine/beer & light appetizers. (This is a separate ticketed event and is NOT included with your Celebration Concert Ticket purchase.) SEATS ARE LIMITED - ACT NOW! $50/person

Lucy Thrasher - soprano, Concordia faculty, will be featured in this season's "Three Decembers" & "Cabernet Cabaret"

David Hamilton - tenor, FM Opera General Director, Concordia faculty

Peter Halverson - baritone, Concordia Faculty, last appeared as Major Stanley in "Pirates of Penzance" with FM Opera

Mariane Lemieux - soprano, NDSU faculty, appeared recently as Mable "Pirates of Penzance" with FM Opera

Anne Jennifer Nash - soprano, Concordia faculty, recently appeared as Pamina in "The Magic Flute" with FM Opera

Anthony Leathem - baritone, Concordia faculty, appeared recently as Frank in "Die Fledermaus" at FM Opera

Jenny DuFault - soprano, MSUM faculty, last appeared with FM Opera in "The Magic Flute" as the 2nd Lady

Cory Renbarger - baritone, Bemidji State faculty, last appeared in the lead role of "Gianni Schicchi" with FM Opera
